1. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION FOR COMPETITIONS
The general terms and conditions of participation apply to all competitions held by PLAION Ltd.. These shall apply in addition to the terms and conditions of participation for the respective competition. By participating, each participant shall recognize these terms and conditions of participation as well as the Terms and Conditions of participation and deadlines named separately in the case of the individual competitions.
ENTERING A COMPETITION IS FREE OF CHARGE AND DOES NOT IMPLY ANY PURCHASE OBLIGATION, UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE IN THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF A SPECIFIC COMPETITION.
2. ORGANIZER
PLAION Ltd., 2nd Floor, Building 1410, Arlington Business Park, Theale, Reading, RG7 4SA, United Kingdom (“PLAION” or “Deep Silver”).
3. PARTICIPATION
a. The Competition is free to enter and is open to all countries except where prohibited by law and Italy. With the exception of employees of PLAION, their immediate families, representatives or agents or anyone else connected with this Competition. Participants must be over the age of 18 to enter. This competition is not open to Russia or Belarus.
The Competition will run from 4:00pm GMT February 13th 2026 until 11:59pm GMT on March 11th 2026.
b. Provided that nothing else has been indicated, a person enters the competition by doing the following:
By clicking one of the necessary links within an “Invitation Email” which provides users access to their personalized infographic, also named “Your Bohehian Wrapsody” via a unique link.
To receive this email, users must have completed linking their Kingdom Come: Deliverance II game to Deep Silver Account, and must be subscribed to the Deep Silver Email Newsletter (either via game linking, the website or already being on the list) so we can send them the email initially.
These “Invitation Emails” will be sent out as per the schedule on the blog page https://www.deepsilver.com/games/kingdom-come-deliverance-ii/news/your-bohemian-wrapsody.
c. Users can only gain a single entry, and completing these actions multiple times will not gain you multiple entries.
d. If you do not wish to participate you can withdraw from the competition at any times by sending us a private message or email to contest@plaion.com. We will not use your data for the competition.
e. Each Participant will accordingly be deemed to have read and understood these terms and conditions and accepted them in full together with any decisions taken by the Organizer and/or the selected jury.
f. Participation via third parties that act as a commercial broker of raffles, competitions and/or raffles shall be ruled out.
4. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT AND PRIZE NOTIFICATION
a. Five hundred (500) winners will be chosen randomly by a panel of PLAION staff before March 31st 2026. The winners will receive the prizes as stated on https://www.deepsilver.com/games/kingdom-come-deliverance-ii/news/your-bohemian-wrapsody.
b. Each winner will receive two Steam keys.
One for the Kingdom Come: Deliverance II Artbook as shown on https://store.steampowered.com/app/4075290/Kingdom_Come_Deliverance_II_Artbook/. This content requires the base game Kingdom Come: Deliverance II on Steam in order to play.
One for the Kingdom Come: Deliverance II Extended Official Soundtrack as shown on https://store.steampowered.com/app/4184930/Kingdom_Come_Deliverance_II_Extended_Official_Soundtrack/. This is additional content for Kingdom Come: Deliverance II, but does not include the base game.
c. The prizes will be delivered within a period of 4 weeks after the winners have been announced, winners being notified and having provided postage details.
d. The prize is personal and non-transferable. It shall only be awarded to the Winners and can only be claimed for a certain edition by the Winner of the relevant competition. The prize cannot be exchanged for other products, services or cash. The prize is indivisible and can only be accepted as such. PLAION retains the exclusive right to choose the winners.
e. Unless indicated otherwise, in the case of several participants and/or several correct final judgments, a determination shall be made based upon the lot.
f. The winners will be notified by e-mail. Prizes will be delivered to the same email that clicked the initial email to enter the contest.
g. The winner has the right to refuse the prize by making a written declaration. In this case, claim to the prize shall also be forfeited and a substitute winner shall be determined.

5. EXPULSION FROM THE COMPETITION
a. PLAION shall be entitled to refuse participation without any indication of reasons. Principally, there is no entitlement to participate.
b. In particular, this shall apply in the event of non-compliance with the Terms and Conditions, the use of technical means or other manipulative and/or illicit aid. This shall also apply in the case of making numerous applications for the same person to participate and deliberately providing false personal information.
c. Furthermore, PLAION shall reserve the right to exclude, even retroactively, participants whom have already been accepted at any time, as well the right to deny prizes and demand them back.
d. Employees of PLAION and possible cooperation partners involved, as well as those appointed by them shall be excluded from participation.
6. TERMINATION AND CHANGES
a. Until the prize has been handed over, PLAION shall expressively reserve the right to change the course of the competition and/or modify and the type and scope of the prize as well as replace the prize with something else without any indication of reasons.
b. Furthermore, PLAION reserves the right to end or cancel competitions without any reason or notification. In particular, PLAION shall make avail of the possibility if, due to technical reasons (e.g. viruses in computer systems, manipulation or error in hardware and/or software) or due to legal reasons, an orderly execution of the competition cannot be ensured. To the extent that such a termination is caused by the behaviour of a participant, the Organizer shall be entitled to demand compensation from this individual for the damages incurred.
7. DATA PRIVACY
a. In order to be able to participate in a raffle or competition, it is essential to indicate personal information in a complete manner and that this information is free from error. By participating in a competition, the participant expressively gives PLAION his/her consent to save and process the required information. Furthermore, the participant expressively gives his/her consent to transfer the data for the purpose of conducting the competition and to receive Newsletters.
b. The participant may revoke his/her consent to process and save the information at any time and thereby withdraw from participation
c. Upon request, PLAION shall give each participant information free of charge on all personal data that has been saved by it and shall immediately delete this information upon request free of charge. For this purpose, it is sufficient to send a message via e-mail with a list of the information to be deleted.
d. PLAION shall undertake to adhere to legal regulations concerning data privacy

8. LIABILITY
a. PLAION shall be released from all obligations upon handing over the prize.
b. PLAION shall not assume any liability for material defects and defects of title of the prizes that have been donated by cooperation partners.
c. PLAION shall only be liable for damages that have been caused by PLAION or one of its employees with intent, due to gross negligence, or infringement of cardinal obligations. This shall not apply to injuries, death and/or impairments to the health.
d. PLAION take no responsibility for any local tax or duty for the region the competition winner resides in.
9. OTHER
a. Legal action shall be ruled out.
b. If individual provisions should be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining terms and conditions of participation.
c. These terms and conditions of participation can be changed by PLAION at any time without any special notification.
