Online Marketing Manager (F/M)
Job Description
Koch Media GmbH is looking for an Online Marketing Manager for its international games label Deep Silver. The position is based in Munich (Germany) and will cover all major online activities regarding our games.
Primary Responsibilities
- To know your respective products and their strengths and weaknesses.
- Analyze online strategies of competitive products
- Work out a winning online strategy for your products and co-ordinate it with the responsible brand manager, art director and seniors online manager
- Perform web analysis, traffic and performance reporting
- Take care of search engine optimization
- Ongoing update of existing websites and further optimization, co-ordination with our international territories
- Create, monitor and analyze results of email newsletters
- Work closely with the community management team to ensure online engagements are adequately fulfilled, assets and materials are effectively used and implemented as well as ensuring key events and activities are communicated in accordance with the global brand strategy
Requirements
- Passion for video games is a must, a strong interest in market dynamics and trends is recommended
- Online enthusiast knowing relevant trends and the places where users go for the latest game news
- Experience in Marketing, within the entertainment industry preferred
- Excellent English, oral and written, is a requirement; German and any other language are a plus
- Ability to execute tasks given in high quality and timely delivery
- Highly motivated individual with strong team-player skills
- Bachelors degree, Business or Marketing is a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in dealing with multiple stakeholders and parties

Assistant Art Director
Job Description
The Assistant Art Director reports to the Art Director. This is a management position with a broad range of responsibilities. The Assistant Art Director will support the Art Director in guiding and refining a strong artistic vision for our most exciting games. The Assistant Art Director ensures a consistent artistic style is maintained and works within technical constraints to create thrilling titles that resonate with our target audiences. The position requires a pro-active and communicative attitude and strong cooperation with all departments, including: Art, Engineering, Design, Audio and Marketing to ensure the art vision is shared by all. This job requires travel between our Munich headquarters and our development studios.
Responsibilities
Primary:
- Support defining the artistic style and creative vision of games
- Drive the art vision throughout the development process
- Establish, communicate and manage department objectives to meet project schedules

- Set up and oversee production pipelines (both large and small)
